ENTHUSIASM & ENGAGEMENT AT THE ENDOSCOPY EVENT

Enthusiasm! Engagement! Excitement?

A massive thank you to all the staff who attended the endoscopy engagement event on the afternoon of the 24th of August.  We have received lots of very positive feedback which particularly noted the high levels of enthusiasm and engagement (bordering on excitement) from all staff towards the Quality Improvement work.

All the enthusiasm in the venue was channeled into exploring the problems, creating change ideas and discussing possible solutions. These ideas were themed by the excellent facilitators.

There were many areas where staff thought that they could focus their interest in quality improvement.  The endoscopy Quality Improvement project group will look at all the ideas that have come from the event and we will share these with you in the coming weeks.
