The endoscopy service in NHS Lothian is gearing up for their first Engagement Event, this will endorse the individuals empowerment to experiment.   The service will present the plan for the service and data that will illustrate the current standing of the service.  We look forward to participants contributing and thinking about their own context within the service and we are excited about generating new ideas that will enhance patient experience, staff experience and operational effectiveness.
