QI Support & Coaching

The Quality Leads in the EHSCP QI Hub are experienced QI Coaches who coach both EHSCP Partnership staff and NHS Lothian Quality Academy delegates.  

If you have a quality improvement idea, thinking about undertaking an improvement project of need some support for an existing project, and think some QI coaching would help you we can offer group or individual coaching sessions.
