What are Coaching Clinics?

Coaching clinics are a individual practice meeting held between the practice team and the QI Team. They are an opportunity to

  • further your knowledge of QI methodology,

  • refine your project,

  • get advice on difficult aspects of your work,

  • have someone to discuss ideas with.

Each clinic session is driven by your practice. You determine what you feel will be worthwhile and this is supported by facilitators.

These clinics are a great opportunity to plan, take stock of progress and make sure that your project is going to create valuable and sustainable improvements for your practice.

Booking for the 2024-25 QI & Safety Enhanced Service Coaching Clinics

For the 2024-25 Enhanced Service, coaching will be offered virtually via MS Teams.

Practices are required to attend at least one coaching session with the QI Team as part of the Enhanced Service. You are welcome to book more than one. There is no maximum number of practice members who are able to attend. We recommend an in-person coaching clinic for groups of 3 or more.

Contact the team for availability.

Prefer to have your coaching clinic in-person? Contact the team and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
