A programme of 5 QI bite sessions will be provided by the Quality directorate embedding QI skills, tools and methodology within the teams. The initial focus will be the investigation process. Our first project will focus on employee relation case referrals and the investigation process. We will be working with colleagues from Facilities and Estates, Nursing and Staff Side Representatives to inform the process.
