Outstanding presentations at the Mental Health Clinical Change Forum…
The work presented at the Clinical Change Forum on the 29th of November was all of such high quality with tangible benefits in terms of patient care. The enthusiasm for quality improvement and commitment to making services better was really inspiring and, from the buzz in the room, has pushed others to start pushing their improvement dreams into reality. I think it means so much to hear people say.....’This has been around in my head for years and I’ve now taken the plunge and put the idea into practice – and look what I’ve achieved!!’.
It is really appreciated the time and effort that goes into every data point, every run chart and every slide produced.
