Lothian Quality January updates

• On the snowy 16th of January, Cohort 7 of “Quality Improvement” got underway at SHSC with a packed programme. The delegates were introduced to QI methodology by our QI experts.
• On the 18th of January, the last session of Cohort 5 “Planning for Quality” Shaun Maher talked about Patient Centered Care, delegates presented their posters and received their completion certificates. Well done to all course delegates!
