2018/2019 QI Workbook Enhanced Service Showcase Events

The QI Workbook Enhanced Service Showcase Events for 2018/2019 celebrated the successes achieved over the last 12 months.

The afternoons began with presentations by a small number of practices. This was followed by a poster walk, where all attending practices had opportunities to share their work with their peers. This was a chance to learn about other projects happening across Lothian throughout the workbook. Practices had the chance to discuss success and challenges with their peers, to create connections and find projects that they may wish to try.

“Very useful study session”

“Really interesting to see how many projects there are – all on interesting and valuable topics. Lots of different approaches too!
I have gathered a lot of ideas for things to do and how to do them.
Most useful is the “lessons learned and message for others” section”
